- Supplier company profiles: business registration, contact details, and product information.
- Documents: certificates, quotes, contracts, and shipping documents you upload.
- Messages: communications between buyers, suppliers, and advisors.
3. Who Can See Your Data
- Your sourcing requests are visible to you, authorized DW Advisory admins, and assigned advisors.
- If you publish a sourcing request, authenticated suppliers can view the product details (but not your identity) and submit quotes.
- Your supplier profile and products are publicly visible in the supplier directory.
- Private documents are only accessible to authorized participants in a project.
4. How We Use Your Data
- To match buyers with suppliers and facilitate sourcing projects.
- To provide trade advisory and import management services.
- To send notifications about quotes, project updates, and messages.
- To improve our platform and services.
5. Data Security
We use role-based access control to ensure users only see data they are authorized to access. Sensitive documents are stored privately and accessed via signed URLs. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can delete your account from the Settings page.
